How can we utilise technology to reduce the risk of contagion?

As we all have come to accept self distancing is one of the key factors of learning to live with this situation. Sailing brings many self distancing advantages whilst afloat, but shore based activities can see a lot of crowding, eg crowding around the noticeboard. Technology can play a key role here, already many clubs are utilising online resources, so should be able to quickly scale-up :

No physical noticeboard (may need to update RRS)

Online registration and sign-on

Sailing instructions and other notices all online

Online results

Online briefings

Video prize givings, perhaps use Zoom and other similar online meeting apps

Online protests
